While surfing the web, looking for ways to make money, I came across this site called fiverr.com.  It is a site where you can sell or buy gigs from people for $5.  A gig is anything from:

I will add your link to our sponsors page for the life time of our web series and listed on our season... for $5

or

I will create 5,000 permanent, do follow, publically viewable verified backlinks for $5

and many more.

Terms of Service:

• Services that are offered by sellers on Fiverr are called "Gigs".
• Gigs on Fiverr are offered for a fixed, base price of $5.
• Top sellers may offer additional upgrades to their gig or sell their gig in multiples.
• Only registered users can buy and sell on Fiverr. Registration is free.
• All sellers (inc. Top Sellers) must fulfill all orders, and may not attempt to cancel orders intentionally.
• Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Fiverr.com. Gigs should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.
• Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the gig description.
