Getting annoyed in Traffic Exchanges

While sitting and surfing traffic exchanges for credits, I have been coming across ads for different programs that can help you make money online.
These ads get boring after seeing the same one over and over again, but put up by different people.  Then they come on with audio blaring, people trying to tell you about their system or music that you might not like. These ads all want you to spend $47, most of the time, for their software.  If you click on something on the page
and then try to leave, it comes up with a box saying leave the page or stay on page.  I click leave the page and it brings me to another page trying to sell something else. You click leave the page again and the same thing happens again. This can happen for three times. This can be some of the most annoying things to come across when you are surfing traffic exchanges.
